My tasks
The existing solution did not suit the customer, both from the point of view of functionality and from the side of user interaction with the interface
It was necessary to design the product interface based on a complex information architecture, taking into account the interaction of multiple databases and huge arrays of processed transactions
I have developed the logic of user interaction with the product, compiled functional maps, described user flow for all user roles
At all stages of development, in-depth interviews of users were conducted, their KPIs were analyzed in order to introduce new features
As a result, we got a flexible interface based on our own, constantly developing library of components.
The interface provides for any scaling, both within the existing functionality and when adding new features
